Claudette holds the position of managing principal and is one of the three general partners at Fairfield County Protective Agency LLC (FCPA). As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), her responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations such as managing payroll, handling invoicing, negotiating contracts, and controlling the company’s bank accounts. She is also in charge of approving all bids and contract offers to FCPA, as well as ensuring compliance with all processes, policies, and procedures.
